clobetasol propionate acts by blocking the metabolism of arachidonic acid and prevents the formation of inflammatory mediators which causes inflammation whereas neomycin sulphate interferes with bacterial protein synthesis by binding to 30S ribosomal subunits and miconazole may act by inhibiting the fungal enzyme 14α-sterol demethylase, resulting in a reduced production of ergosterol..
Patients with or without chronic asthma in whom attacks of asthma, urticaria or acute rhinitis are precipitated by acetylsalicylic acid (as pirin) or other non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs).
Hypersensitivity (including urticaria), angioneurotic oedema, Rash, eczema, erythema, dermatitis (including dermatitis contact), pruritus, Photosensitivity reaction.
Do not apply to open wounds or damaged skin, if symptoms persist for more than seven days discontinue use and consult physician,
